In order to show and improve the teaching ability among young teachers, The International College and Overseas Education College held teaching skill competition among young teachers at Jimeino.2 block on main campus of Xiamen University on 21st April.

This competition provides a good opportunity for young teachers, they can find their disadvantages of teaching and learn advantages from other teacher’s presentation. Professor Zheng, deputy deanLv, secretary of Party Chen,and principals of teaching and research department are judges for this competition.

The rule of this competition is that every competitor should present one topic in 20 minutes. The principle of this competition is “focus on communication and improvement ”, the young teachers aged below 35 years old all required to take part in this competition.
